AIDS Ark is the official charity of Soho Gyms and their many members are tremendously supportive. On several occasions, Soho Gym staff and members have raised money by running marathons and endeavouring in other challenges.

Friends and others, formerly unknown to us, have done similarly. One young friend amazingly raised more than £10,000 for AIDS Ark by running in the London Marathon and securing sponsors. At his specific request his donation was used to support HIV+ children.

Please help us in this way – it can be excellent for your health as well as great fun!
